DO YOU DO BESPOKE PRINTS ON REQUEST?
ABSOLUTELY! It is our favourite thing to do! Please get in touch with your request and we will see what we can do to come up with something new just for you.
DO YOU SELL FRAMED PRINTS?
All our prints are sold unframed. They are however sized to fit standard frame dimensions. If you have a specific frame in mind and your chosen print does not come in a suitable size, please get in touch and we will see if we can help you with your request. This may incur an additional cost.
WHAT ARE YOUR SHIPPING COSTS?
For print orders, we have a flat rate of $2.99 for all standard shipping to Australian addresses, and free shipping within Australia if you spend over $30. For gift bundle orders, we have a flat rate of $4.99 for all standard shipping to Australian addresses. We ship our products using Australia Post or a variety of trusted couriers.
DO YOU OFFER EXPRESS SHIPPING?
Yes we do on request! Some personalised prints take longer than others to make, but we always aim to ship same day or next business day. Please get in touch if you need something in a hurry we are always happy to help!
DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
Yes we are pleased to offer international shipping at a flat rate of $15.
WHAT IF I MAKE A MISTAKE WHILST ORDERING?
If you make a mistake such as spelling or date details in any of your personalised orders, get in touch with us via our contact page or email within 24 hours and we will do our best to make those changes before an item has been made or printed.
WHAT IF I CHANGE MY MIND?
As our products are made to order, we cannot accept returns for change of mind. If you wish to add to an order however, get in touch with us within 24 hours and we will try to accommodate your request.
WHAT IF A PRINT IS DAMAGED?
All of our prints are carefully checked before being packaged in acid-free tissue paper, tucked firmly between recycled cardboard sheets and placed in heavy duty card mailers. After your order is shipped, Life's Little Letters is not responsible for loss, delivery delay or damage to your package. If there is a problem however that you do not believe is related to post, please email us the details within 14 days and we will do everything we can to help.
